It's clear which Minehead BID levy payer gets a great financial return from BID!
Thoughts?
It also demonstrates the conflict of interest the council has. No wonder they will vote yes for their multiple votes including for toilets, but wouldn't it be fairer if the council simply abstained from voting because of this conflict of interest?
