What does the Autumn Newsletter update from the BID Manager tell us?

1. It's clear that the weather and Butlins do the best job at increasing footfall in Minehead, not the BID - nice admission! Guess what? Both these footfall drivers will continue without a BID (which is contrary to what BID will probably tell you)!

2. Is the BID Manager being in town 2 days every month, really being in town on a regular basis as she claims?

3. Is it right that the businesses are simply told to contact her, where's the proactive engagement from her with the people paying her wages?
