Wight BID Business Plan 2021-26

Take a look at the draft business plan as presented to IOW Council.

The numbers £.

Take a look at the BID budget forecast image, the additional income figure is interesting. Clearly VIOW have about £350k / year coming in from other sources, whether they collect the levy or not.

All additional income BID's raise can be raised by any other similar community organisation / framework or public body, such as VIOW.

Clearly there are funds available without a BID, VIOW are lieing to you about this and using blacknail to say everything will be lost including the website if they don't get your levy money.

Perhaps with some better financial management and more cost effective marketing VIOW could do better with the £350k they can get without taxing businesses?

P.S. Look at that £280k for 'VIOW projects', how grey is that? It's like they have an underspend of £280k which doesn't fit in any of the main projects being, so will put it under a projects heading to waste away on what they want to splash the cash on at a later date, perhaps a nice bonus for the CEO?
