Because the 2016-2021 BID has finished, all remaining BID money is to be returned to levy payers, and Visit Isle of Wight Ltd has by it’s own company Articles of Association no legal basis to operate a new BID. Here is a letter to the Council making them aware of these findings and asking them to take appropriate action, with all the supporting evidence.
